Welcome to the 2026 Season!

Our 2026 tennis season opens on Sunday, April 12, 2026.  Courts can be booked by Adult members 72 hours in advance. There will be no staff monitors until April 18, so the night lights will be unavailable until then.



Volunteers needed:  Come out and help put up court dividers and windscreens on Saturday, April 18 at 10am.  Coffee and donuts will be available. Volunteers will have the first chance to play after the work is done so bring your racquets.

IMPORTANT DATES

Plan for your tennis season by taking note of these important dates. You can register for all events in CourtReserve under Events. For fee-based events, payment must be made within 15 minutes or the registration is automatically cancelled by the system.


Some events require a tennis rating. Make sure you update your CourtReserve profile with your rating. (If you're not sure, see the section on Lessons and Clinics below.)

LESSONS & CLINICS

  • Level up your game with group clinics or private lessons. Clinics are a perfect way to find new tennis partners of a similar level. See rates and options at https://www.mooretennis.com/lessons-and-clinics

  • If a clinic you would like to take is full, please join the clinic waitlist, as priority for the next session will be given to anyone on the waitlist who did not successfully register for any clinics in the previous session to help everyone get a turn; it also helps the Club assess demand, and a spot may still open up.

  • Get a professional tennis rating: Not sure if you qualify as 3.0+ for house league and ladders? Book a $25 rating assessment with Head Pro Matt Baccarani at mooreparkpro@gmail.com

  • Doubles with Guest

    • $6 per hour instead of $12 per booking

  • Weekday Late Evenings:  9pm-11pm Monday-Friday

    • Singles with Guest - $12 / hour up to 8:59pm; $8 / hour from 9pm to 11pm

    • Doubles with Guest - $6 / hour up to 8:59pm, $4 / hour from 9pm to 11pm

COURTRESERVE BOOKING SYSTEM

CourtReserve is the club's booking and membership system where you can: 

  • Book a tennis court (Reservations)

  • Sign up for social events, competitive play or organized group lessons for yourself or members of your family. (Events)

  • View club announcements

  • Access an email directory of our adult members (opt out available)

  • Get more club Info

  • Update your Personal Profile (Keep your email up to date!)

  • View Your Billing Transactions and pay outstanding fees

On the web app, choose one of the links in the top menu or hover your cursor over your name to get more options.  On the CourtReserve mobile app, select More for more options.

  • Make sure your email is always up to date so you don't miss important communications from the club including when to renew your membership

  • Add notifications@courtreserve.com to your contact list so these notifications don't go to your junk folder

LOOKING FOR A GAME?

If you don't have a regular partner or partners to play with and are looking for a game, consider the following options. For club organized play, see dates above.  

  • Drop-in Round Robins

  • Join a House League Session - See Club Info->Houseleague

  • Join the Tennis Ladder - See Club Info->Ladders

  • Try out for a Competitive Team

  • Find a Partner List - Edit the personal information on your Court Reserve profile the following information by April 30, then go to Club Info->Find a Partner to request a match via email 

    • Tennis Rating - make sure it is accurate

    • Available for a Tennis Match=Yes

    • Type of match (Singles, Doubles, Either)

    • When you are available

COURT CANCELATION POLICY

To ensure everyone has a fair chance to use our courts, we ask that you cancel any unwanted court reservations at least 1 hour before your start time. While last-minute cancellations are technically possible, earlier notice allows other members to use the court.


Our no-show policy will be enforced as follows:


First infraction: warning email

Second infraction: 7-day suspension

Subsequent infractions: escalating action 


Thank you for helping us keep courts available and accessible to all members.
