Login to Court Reserve during this time and renew.  (Renewing requires full payment.)

The Daytime Junior membership will be available from January 11, to both returning and new daytime junior members at full price.  New parents will be able to sign up as Non-member Guardians (NMGs) and use their NMG accounts to buy memberships for their children. Daytime Junior memberships are available throughout the season and qualify children to register for junior programs, camps, and lessons.

January 24 at noon to January 31 at 11:59 AM:  Membership renewal continues (but at full price)

DEADLINE: January 31 at 11:59 AM is the deadline for renewing an Adult or Full Junior membership

Once this renewal deadline is past, 2026 Adult members who have not renewed and paid in full during the 3-week renewal period will still have the chance to buy a Holding Membership until waitlist processing is done on February 22 at 11:59 AM. A Holding Membership means you will not be able to book as a member in 2027, but that you will not have to go on the waitlist to join the Club in 2028.  It saves your spot in the Club for the next year.

Junior Members will have the option after the membership renewal deadline is past to have a Daytime Junior Membership (limited to daytime play) purchased for them.

There will be no exceptions for missed deadlines.

February 8  – February 22 at 11:59 AM: Waitlist Processing Period

A limited number of people from the top of the Club’s waitlist will be eligible to join Moore Park Tennis club for the 2027 season during this period.  We will send an email, but you can also just login to CourtReserve and, if you see a purchase button, join the Club.  (If you do not see a purchase button during this period, we do not yet have room for you. You will remain on the waitlist.)

There will be a fixed number of available spots for Adult memberships, and once those spots are filled, anyone who was invited or eligible to join but who did not get in for 2027, can purchase a 2028 Admin Fee Pre-Pay Plan.  By having you pre-pay the admin fee, we are able to group you in CourtReserve so that you will be invited to join the Club in 2028 with returning members.

DEADLINE: February 22 at 11:59 AM is the deadline for new members joining the Club to either buy a membership or (if the Club has filled up for 2027 before then) to indicate their wish to join in 2028 by pre-paying the admin fee.

Those who have not purchased either an Adult Membership or the Admin Fee Pre-Pay Plan by this date and time will be deleted from the system.

At this point, to rejoin the club, recreate your account and Join the Waitlist.

There will be no exceptions for missed deadlines.

DEADLINE: Feb 28 at 11:59 AM: Last Day for Membership Status Changes

The Non-member Guardian Plan is for a guardian or parent of children who wish to become junior members in order to play at the club or participate in MPTC’s Junior Program camps or clinics.

The Plan allows the guardian to manage court bookings and membership renewals for their children.

The Non-member Guardian does not have privileges to book courts or attend any club events on his or her own right.

Registration for junior camps, clinics and lessons should be done by contacting the Head Pro.  The children will need to be approved for Junior Program memberships before they can be enrolled.

Non-member Guardians who wish to join the Club, please email our Membership Director ask her to put you on the Waitlist.
