Davis Cup Round Robin + Slices & Sweets - $10 Sign Up
Date: Wednesday, September 2, 2026 (Rain Date: Wednesday, September 9, 2026)
Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Playoffs: 9:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
Entry Fee: $10 per person (includes tournament organization, pizza, and ice cream)
Get ready for an evening of friendly competition, team spirit, and continuous action as we host our Davis Cup Round Robin!
We'll bring together 40 players, representing 10 iconic tennis nations, for 3 hours of social tennis to determine which country will take home the trophy.
It's all about team spirit, cheering on your squad, and enjoying a great night of tennis under the lights.
Registration opens at 7:00 AM on Thursday, August 6.
End of Season BBQ & Round Robin
Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026 (Rain Date: Sunday, September 20, 2026)
BBQ: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Round Robin: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Format: Drop-in
Join us as we wrap up another great tennis season with a club BBQ followed by a fun afternoon of Round Robin play. Whether you're coming for the food, the tennis, or both, it's a great opportunity to celebrate the season with fellow members.
Please register to reserve your food.

Looking for a different kind of challenge? In this fun mixed-doubles event, each team's combined age must total 100 years or more. Adult members only.
We look forward to another exciting Club Championships and encourage players of all levels to take part. Good luck to everyone competing!
Help Our Court Monitors Keep the Club Running Smoothly
Our court monitors work hard to keep the club running efficiently and to ensure everyone enjoys a great playing experience. Here are a few ways you can help:
Make Sure Your Booking Matches Who Is on Court
Please ensure that the players listed in your CourtReserve booking are the players who are actually on the court.
Monitors will check players in at the start of each booking by confirming the names of those playing. If your plans have changed before your booking begins, simply let the monitor know so they can help you update the booking.
If you are bringing a guest, please make sure they have been added to your booking before play begins.
Repeated booking violations may result in the temporary suspension of court booking privileges.
Give Monitors a Few Minutes to Prepare the Courts
During the first few minutes of your booking, monitors may enter the back courts while you're warming up to:
- Empty garbage bins
- Collect brooms and rollers
- Remove leaves, debris, or small puddles
Thank you for your patience while they complete these quick maintenance tasks.
Court Booking Tips
Cancel Courts You Won't Be Using
If you're not planning to play because of threatening weather or uncertain court conditions, please cancel your booking as early as possible. This helps monitors focus their efforts on preparing the courts that members are most likely to use.
Edit Your Booking Instead of Cancelling
If you're changing your court, date, or time, use the Edit function rather than cancelling and creating a new booking.
This is especially important for paid Singles or Doubles bookings with guests. Cancelling and rebooking will result in a refund less a $2 non-refundable administration fee for the original booking and the need to pay again for the new booking.
If you're simply replacing one member with another, use the Substitute feature.
Guest Fees
Adding a guest to your booking will automatically add the guest fee to your CourtReserve account.
You won't be prompted to pay immediately. To pay your balance, go to: Billing → Transactions
Outstanding balances are reviewed monthly, and members with unpaid balances will receive a reminder.
As outlined in the Membership Rules, all outstanding balances must be paid by the end of the season in order to remain eligible for membership renewal the following season.
