Social Events Wimbledon Social – July 12 Join us for a Wimbledon-themed morning of tennis and socializing. Following the Round Robin, enjoy a special BBQ lunch and strawberries & cream at noon. Head pro Matt will be organizing the matches for those playing! New this year: Advance registration for the lunch is required to help the team plan quantities. Registered participants will receive their choice of hamburger, chicken burger, vegan burger, or gourmet hotdog, along with strawberries & cream as part of the Wimbledon celebration. Registration is not required if you just want to play in the round robin and not eat. Just show up to play. Round Robins Weekly Evening Round Robin switches to Wednesdays for July and August. July 1st is a holiday, so the next round robin will be on July 8. Summer Morning Round Robin runs from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. each Monday in July and August starting July 6 and requires signup in CourtReserve each week, with the first signup starting on June 29 at 8:00 a.m. Sign up in CourtReserve > Events> Club Social Activity Sign up each week for Court 3 first (need 4 people) and then Court 4 (minimum 2 people) or the courts will auto-cancel by Saturday at 8:00 a.m. If you miss signing up for the current week, you can be first to sign up for the next week since everyone else will be on court playing. |
House League House League Session 2: July 19 - Sept. 27, 2026, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Registration is open for House League until July 12 at 6:00 p.m. or whenever the session is full. Volunteering The Club wants to thank Mike Bilyk, Facilities Director, for keeping the pros cool by installing an umbrella on Court 1, and for helping members and monitors keep the courts clean by installing garbage baskets and a broom holder and for a whole bunch of other improvements. And thanks to everyone else helping! Be a Volunteer! If you would like to help out with a project/ event or be on the board, the Club would like to hear from you. Indulge Your Inner Night Owl The Club is now allowing practice bookings on Courts 1 or 5 at 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Remember to pull the divider net closed if you are using more than 3 balls on court. Guest fees are lower Monday to Friday from 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.: Singles with Guest: $12 / hour up to 8:59 p.m.; $8 / hour from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Doubles with Guest: $6 / hour up to 8:59 p.m.; $4 / hour from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. |
Reservation Rules If you are curious about the Club’s booking rules, you can see them here. Key points: Bookings are in a 72-hour rolling window. A bypass rule allows you to book any available courts within 2 hours of the booking, regardless of how many hours in the system you have. The people on court need to be the people in the booking.
