2026 Membership Renewal

Membership Renewal for the new season will start on January 14, 2026 and children new to our club can be added then.

Waitlist invites to join the club will begin around February 18.

​

During our off season, the ability to be added to the waitlist to join our club remains open.

Full Registration Timeline

January 14, 2026:

Membership renewal at early bird rates opens for members returning from the previous season. New parents will be able to sign up as Non-member Guardians (NMGs) and use their NMG accounts to buy Daytime Junior memberships for their children.   2026 New Daytime Junior memberships will be available to new junior members at full price.

February 11, 2026:

Last day for returning members to pay for memberships at early bird rates and to be guaranteed a spot.

February 18, 2026: 

The Club will start inviting people at the top of the waitlist to join the club.  Returning members will still have an opportunity to renew, at full price (without the early bird discount), if there is still room in the membership.

March 18, 2026:

Last day to renew Junior memberships.  Any child not renewed by March 14, 2026 will be removed from the system and considered a new member if rejoining later

April 7, 2026:

Last day to request a refund or change in membership status. (Note: there is no charge for changing between membership types, but a processing fee of $20 will be applied to membership cancellations.)
