January 9, 2024 – February 6, 2024:  Membership Renewal Open

 

The Moore Park Tennis Club’s membership renewal period for the 2024 season is now open to anyone in your family who were paid members of the Moore Park Tennis Club (MPTC) for the 2023 season.

Please renew your membership(s) by the end of day of February 6th, 2024 to secure spot(s) in the club and get the early bird rate(s).  The registration is not complete until the membership is paid up.

Returning adults are eligible for either: 
     •      2024 Adult Membership 
     •      2024 Holding Membership 

Returning juniors may opt for either: 
     •      2024 Daytime Junior Membership (ages 4 – 17)
                  -   access to play: Weekdays 7am-5:59pm, Weekends 1pm-6pm 
     •      2024 Junior Membership (ages 10 – 17)
                  -   access to play anytime during club hours

Be advised that MPTC requires all kids in Junior Programs to have a club membership.  Either junior membership will make your child eligible for Junior Programs.

Note:

• If you are renewing for multiple members of your family, read the instructions below for the easiest purchase path.

• There is an early bird renewal rate as well as a full renewal rate for adult and junior memberships

• New Daytime Junior memberships will be available at full price from February 7- September 30, 2024

If you are on the Waitlist, your status on the Waitlist remains the same until further notice but you can now renew your children’s memberships if they were members last year.

To renew single memberships:

1. Go to https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Portal/Index/6982 or go to your Court Reserve App

2.  Log onto your Court Reserve account  

3. Click on Purchase Membership 

4. Select a membership, click on One Time Price for Payment Frequency and pay

To renew multiple memberships in a family:
     1.     Go to https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Portal/Index/6982 or go to your Court Reserve App
     2.     Log onto your Court Reserve account  
     3.     To renew for more than one person, ignore the Purchase Membership button because this only allows you to purchase for yourself
 

If you are on the Website:
a.       Go to My Family by hovering on your name 
b.       Press the Purchase button for one member, select a membership
c.        Click on One Time Price for Payment Frequency then SAVE 
d.       Either pay now for that member or click on Back button and select the next family member
 

If you are on your Mobile APP:
a.       Go to My Family by clicking on …More
b.       Click on your name, click the Purchase Membership button, select a membership
c.       Click on One Time Price for Payment Frequency then SAVE 
d.       Either pay now for that member or click on Back button and select the next family member
 

If you miss the opportunity to pay for any member or to pay for all family members together, go to Billing->Transactions to pay any outstanding membership dues.
