Effective June 1, singles bookings will be limited to a maximum of 1.5 hours.
This is to encourage more doubles play and so accommodate more players on the courts.
Court Reserve Tips and Reminders about booking rules
The MPTC website has an FAQ section to help you use Court Reserve: https://www.mooretennis.com/courtreservefaqs
You can edit bookings that don’t involve any guest fees. Instead of canceling and booking a new reservation, it is often faster to edit existing one. Most data fields can be edited.
Pros get priority on Court 5 and 4 on weekday evenings. Member bookings on courts 4 and 5 may be moved to accommodate lessons. Don’t worry, you will still have a booking.
If you can no longer use a booked court, cancel your booking before it starts to avoid creating a “no-show” in your booking record (and to free up a court for others.)
You can cancel an upcoming booking in your Court Reserve account.
Members who do not show up to play at all on courts they booked will be recorded as “no-shows.”
Multiple no-shows will result in the temporary suspension of booking and therefore playing privileges.
